Attitude:
Today (May 7) was my birthday. It was great...low key. I received several well wishes via email and phone calls and then was able to go about my day without having to be the center of attention at any shin dig. It was perfect!!!!! I am a little perturbed at not getting a call from my mom, dad or brothers, but oh well, the calls I did get more than made up for that. I had another massage on my legs today and while a couple of doozy knots were found, it wasn't as painful an experience as last week, and the company is entertaining. :o) Dropped the kids off at Pioneer Club and then went grocery shopping. Read with Bekah. Oh and I did indulge in a birthday cookie, but it was worth it all warm and gooey out of the oven. Good thing I only made one a piece so there was no further temptation! LOL Got to go music shopping as my super SIL sent an iTunes gift code. The kids were happy, too because I bought a couple of soundtracks to listen to on the way to Boatnik!

Morning Snack:
1oz planters bbq peanuts - 3 carb

1 low carb tortilla - 4 carb
1oz cheddar
4 slices turkey bacon - 2 carb

Afternoon snack:
cookie from the oven - 17 carb

Dinner:
Chicky Chicky Boom Boom (who doesn't want to order that? LOL) - ? but we'll guess high at 20 carb
