Attitude:
Today I did a little genealogy, a little knitting, a little crocheting and a little laundry. I did a little bit of everything I think. Crocheting and knitting keep my mind from thinking about food. Oh, I also worked out today and that I didnt do a little bit of. I went great guns and worked hard! Tomorrow I'm going to work on getting my water intake back up to snuff. I've let that slip a little.
