Attitude:
Ok, so I didn't get to blogging this weekend. It was a SUPER FUN weekend with just the right mix of activities, relaxation time and visiting. I took a small break from following the eating plan. I didn't "blow" it either. Somewhere in the middle. So when I weighed in this morning, I was 2.2lbs heavier than I was on Friday. I'm actually glad to find out I can splurge for a while and then get back on track. Because of a challenge I belong to I've put myself back on phase one of the eating plan until a week is up or I lose the 2.2lbs whichever comes 1st. I need to be at least 239 by Friday morning or I'm out of the challenge. I know I can do it. We took a hike this weekend that has killed my legs. It was a great time, but we took the 3 mile loop and at one point, the trails were no longer marked. After a while (and the kiddos losing heart that we'd EVER be done with the hike) we decided to turn around the way we had come. There is a much longer version of our grand adventure in the woods, but in the end after 4 hours and probably more than 3 miles of steep inclines and declines, we made it back safe and sound and HUNGRY!!! :o) All in all a wonderful weekend!
