Attitude:
Back to the routine. I'm pretty sore and so I really took it easy today during my workout. No point in getting myself injured. Then I couldn't workout at all! Did good sticking to phase one. I am extremely tired and really just want to sleep. The kids made it off to school. I think they're ready for the rain to stop. I still like it. :o)
