Attitude:
Today was a not so good eating day, or should I say drinking. LOL I had 8oz of sweet tea and without it I would have been in my range. Or I suppose without the crab cakes I would have been in my range. Oh, well, tomorrow is another day to make better choices. :o)

2 low carb tortillas - 8 carb

Morning Snack:

Lunch:

tuna fish
8oz sweet tea - 23 carb

Afternoon snack:

Dinner:
10 mini crab cakes - 25 carb
salad w/2 tbsp ranch - 2 carb
1oz cheddar

Total:
74.5 carb

Did I move any today?
