Attitude:
Ran a couple of errands now that the van is out of the shop. I picked up another piece of my Mikasa Whole Wheat dish set that I bought on eBay from a local seller. It was the gravy boat and under plate. He was so generous that he gave me another gravy boat free because it had a slight chip in it and he couldn't sell it. I know it doesn't sound too exciting to some, but when you are hunting down retired china patterns and you find one at a good price, you feel like the mighty hunter! LOL Then S and I went out to lunch with HHT. I tried a new salad at Applebees and it was tasty, spinach salad w/shrimp. That's about the extent of my exciting day. I'm working on drinking more water again. I got out of my habit when I started drinking Arizona tea sweetened w/splenda and the 2 just aren't the same. I've noticed without my water intake, I feel queasy and sluggish, so back to water tomorrow! Someone I hadn't seen in a while commented on how I've lost quite a bit of weight. That was super sweet. It is nice to know when others notice, because by seeing myself every day, I do not notice. I recommend everyone trying to lose weight take pictures monthly so you can see your progress. I do know how I feel and I feel more energetic and my clothes do fit better...I'm even getting into some that I couldn't wear last summer!

23 carb + salad at Applebees
