Attitude:
Ok, the weekend caught up to me scalewise! LOL No concerns here, I know what I did and what I can do to help it continue down again. And it is still a 2lb loss for the week which is great overall. I couldn't sleep well last night. My allergies are just bugging me in strange ways this year. No sneezing, just a dry, cracky throat at night and in the morning. I wake up dry coughing with a tickle. At least allergies for me are short lived. My poor kids have them every season, I think!

Food Intake:
Breakfast:

1 slice toast - 12 carb
1 cup decaf coffee w/ half and half - 4 carb

Morning Snack:

Lunch:
2 chipotle burgers
2 slices american cheese - 4 carb
2 low carb tortillas - 8 carb

Afternoon snack:

Dinner:
1 slice frittata
1 pancake - 10 carb (guessing high)

38 carb
