Gain/loss: -5.6lbs

Attitude:
WOOHOO...I'm going to the movies tomorrow! Everytime I see a new "chick flick" I keep threatening that I will pick it. I told him he'll be so desperate to get out of the movies that he may start slipping me some candy bars. LOL Almost forgot my afternoon snack again and was starving. But we don't eat on Friday nights until 7pm so I had my shake at 5:30pm and was fine.

5 things I’m grateful for:
1. My DHHT for coming home for lunch. I had such a great time!
2. Friends - we have church here on Friday nights and it's a great end to the week
3. yummy, healthy food
4. warm blankets
5. water to drink

5 things I did right:
1. didn't miss afternoon snack (although I almost did!)
2. made a healthy dish that I can eat "legally" for potluck tonight
3. made my bed :o)
4. planned a healthy meal for superbowl
5. wore my shoes!

Food intake:
Breakfast:

4 slices of bacon - 2 carb
1 egg - 1 carb
onions - FREE

Morning Snack:
1/2 cup mixed berries - 6 carb
1/2 cup 2% milk - 6.5 carb

Lunch:
3oz pork
FREE salad (lettuce, cucumbers, onions)
2 TBSP Litehouse ranch - 2 carb
2oz cheddar cheese

Afternoon snack:
protein shake - FREE

Dinner:
FREE salad (lettuce, spinach, cabbage)
2 TBSP Litehouse ranch - 2 carb
Cayenne rubbed chicken w/avocado salsa - 3.5 carb

Evening snack:
scraped innards of 2 bite-sized croissant sandwiches which consisted of turkey, lettuce and cheese
scraped toppings of 2 tomato crustinis

Total:
23 carb

Movement:
Did I move any today?
no, I used today as 1 of my 2 days off. I will be hitting Curves tomorrow morning.
