Attitude:
Feeling much better today. Still congested, but I can totally function! YIPPEE!! Good thing, too, since I think my family is about to go naked for lack of clean laundry. :o) I was surprised to see myself in the 250s this morning. My pre-pregnancy weight with my last was 260 so it's been over 3 years since I was in the 250 range. Very exciting! I worked my butt off at Curves today. I even did...are you ready for this?...jumping jacks on some of the recovery squares! And I didn't even hear my built in applause machine (which is really just my "chest protrusions" bouncing up and down hitting my rib cage, making a clapping sound). I wasn't even winded. I just felt like I needed to up it a notch and so I did and it felt great!
5 things I’m grateful for:
1. 2 hour late start (Yippee, got to sleep in a little!)
2. HHT's kisses
3. being able to help B with her math homework
4. great finds at Salvation Army
5. that my cold is going away

5. sat outside and soaked up some vitamin D
