Attitude:
I'm definitely on the high end of my carbs for the day. We'll see how that pans out scale wise tomorrow. I've noticed that while I'm not eating anything "unhealthy", I'm paying less and less attention to what it is I'm actually eating (if that made any sense). Well, tomorrow is another day and another try at improving. :o) I only did half of the circuit at Curves tonight as my mom was feeling quite ill. So I'll go and do the other half tomorrow night. Even though I got enough sleep last night, I still feel discumbobulated with the time change. Hopefully I'll feel more motivated and less sleepy tomorrow. :o)

2 tbsp sour cream - 2 carb
2 low carb tortillas - 8 carb

Afternoon snack:
1oz teriyaki turkey jerky cubes - 4 carb
1oz honey bbq planters peanuts - 3 carb

Dinner:
1 cheeseburger - 2 carb
2 low carb tortillas - 8 carb
2 tbsp chipotle sauce - 2 carb
1oz french fries - 5 carb
