Attitude:
Just a regular day. Feeling almost back to normal. Did some cleaning and laundry and played with the kids. I even jumped on the trampoline for exercise. Very carefully. :o) Picked up some cookie dough from B's fundraiser. Talk about a temptation. I'm trying to forget that it is in the freezer. :o) Sorry so short, but I watched LOST tonight and need to go get my beauty sleep. Until tomorrow!

1 tbsp chipotle sauce - 1 carb

Afternoon snack:

Dinner:
1 1/2 chicken thighs
1 bite mac n cheese - 4 carb
1oz french fries - 5 carb
salad w/cucumbers
2 tbsp ranch dressing - 2 carb
