Attitude:
Another lazy Sunday. Some friends came over and hung out. Played Pack Rat (a facebook application) most of the day while visiting. My arm is still sore, so I'll just see how I feel tomorrow and decide then whether I go to Curves or not. I'm sure (as I've done it before due to injury) that I can just modify how I do certain exercises or just not do them at all, but at least I can do the leg machines and get a little bit of a workout in. That's it from here!

1.5oz turkey jerky - 6 carb
