Attitude:
Today was B's birthday. She went to a party for another friend and then we went to the mall for dinner and for her to look at Claires and decide what to spend her gift card on. S played in the toddler area and was very content. ET and EB got very bored. LOL Before we went, I did my homework and looked up all the eateries in the food court. My criteria was 1. if they didn't have a website, I wouldn't eat there, 2. if they didn't have nutritional info on their website, I wouldn't eat there and 3. I'd look over the nutritional info and make a list of things that I could eat and still stay within my plan. I found quite a bit of food I could eat and I felt better about having the knowledge.
