Attitude:
Whew, I got my breakfast in. And my water, my exercise and my veggies. :o) I'm still struggling to eat my snacks as I don't feel really hungry to remind me to eat them. But I believe they are important and so I'll be making a more concerted effort to get them in. I think I'll make that a mini-goal for the week. Eat at least 2 snacks a day. :o) Relaxing day...went to the park, read a little, watched a movie. A fun, nice day. Hope everyone remembers to change their clocks and there's not too much grumbling about the missing hour of sleep. I'm off to la-la land myself. Until tomorrow!
