Attitude:
Tried a couple of new snack recipes...won't be making those again. LOL Back to the working out today. I can tell I had some time off. LOL But it felt good to be back and moving my body again and I was able to do it all and my arm was only slightly uncomfy and that was due to the skin not being completely healed from all the tape that it endured over the last week or so. I've found another motivation for losing weight. EB (a 1st grader) came home and said that some of her friends had said that I was fat. It really bothered her...me, not so much. So I explained that it is never polite to say such things about other people, but that the fact was I am overweight so what they said was true. I told her their words didn't bother me and shouldn't bother her in the future because we both know that I am working on being a healthier me and that I won't always be "fat". I also tried to explain that everyone comes in different shapes and sizes and there is no "normal" size. It's more important to eat healthy and move our bodies so we can be healthy rather than look a certain way and worry about what others say about us.

Breakfast:

1 slice of bread - 11 carb
2 slices of tomato - 2 carb
1oz cheddar cheese

Morning Snack:

Lunch:
2 low carb tortillas - 8 carb
3oz pork steak
1oz sharp cheddar
2 tbsp sour cream - 2 carb
4 slices tomato - 4 carb

Afternoon snack:

Dinner:
1 cheeseburger - 2 carb
2 low carb tortillas - 8 carb
2 tbsp ranch - 2 carb
2 cups lettuce
1/3 cucumber

Evening snack:
1.5oz teriyaki turkey jerky - 6 carb

Total:
45 carb

You are doing so well. Keep it up and think we all had a off week last week with getting the workouts in for different reasons though. I too got back at it Monday. I was wondering if you would be willing to share your chore game with me? Having trouble with the kids in this department.
